After attending Pensacola Junior College, Angie started with Emmer in 1990 and has held numerous positions during her tenure, including apartment manager, area manager, project manager and, currently, regional property manager.
Angie currently manages two low-income housing properties and one student community in Pensacola. She is an active member of several apartment associations at the local, state and national levels. She is a Certified Assisted Housing Manager, Site-Based Budget Specialist, Fair Housing Coach/504 Coordinator, Certified Professional of Occupancy and National Affordable Housing Professional Executive.
One of Angie’s most notable honors in the industry was receiving a personal invitation from the U.S. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to visit the Washington, D.C. office for the honor of receiving an accreditation of “Top 100 Performing Properties in the United States.”
