Q: When are HOA fees due/late?

HOA fees are due on the 1st of the month and late on the 10th of the month. Dues that are late will incur a $10 late fee.

Q: Where can we pay fees?

HOA fee payments can be mailed to the EMC corporate office (2801 SW Archer Road, Gainesville, FL 32608) or paid by EFT.

Q: Where can I get an EFT form?

You can receive an EFT form by contacting hoa@emmergroup.com or 352.376.2444 or printing one online here.

Q: When are EFT forms drafted?

EFT funds are drafted on the 10th of the month.

Q: How can I find out my account balance?

Yes, after submitting an ARC form to the committee and receiving approval.

Q: What should I do if I receive a courtesy notice for my home?

All homeowners agree to abide by the covenants of the neighborhood to maintain home values and aesthetic appeal.  Please take corrective action upon receipt of the notice and contact the property manager with questions. Failure to correct the issue could result in further action by the board.
